If you provide a CHESS HIN please note that in the event that the name and address you supply do not exactly match the registered details held by CHESS, any successful applications will be deemed to be made without the CHESS HIN and, as a result, any shares allocated will be held on your behalf under an SRN (Shareholder Reference Number) on the Issuer Sponsored sub-register.
We highly recommend you double check your registration details with a recent statement that includes your HIN to make sure your details are entered correctly.
NB. You do NOT need a HIN in your profle to submit an application into an Equity Crowdfunding offer.
