I am an international investor. When am I eligible for a refund and how will I receive it?

International investors will be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • you have successfully cancelled your application within the terms of the offer
  • you have transferred more than your application amount (overpayment)
  • you have transferred insufficient funds in AUD to fully fund your application
  • an offer you have invested in is withdrawn or cancelled

OnMarket will refund international investors by depositing the Australian dollars received with Wise and instructing Wise to refund the investor.   At the time of the refund, if you have not added your bank account details within Wise, you will receive an email from Wise requesting you to do so.

OnMarket is not responsible for any fees or losses as a result of currency conversion or exchange rate fluctuations and refunds may take up to 28 days to reflect in your bank account.
