You can only change your password on the website by clicking the dropdown menu next to your account name on the top right hand corner of the dashboard screen and selecting Password. Alternatively, you can change your password via the Password tab under Member Details in the menu.
If you are using the OnMarket app, you can change your authentication method from the Menu > Setup Authentication.
Remember your password must be 8-20 characters long and contain an upper case letter, a lower case letter, and a number.
For enhanced security, we highly recommend that you also incorporate a symbol such as: ! @ # $ & *
