What documents are important when planning to invest in IPOs?

To make sure investors are fully informed about the company that is undertaking an IPO, the company is required to produce a prospectus.

A prospectus is a document that must contain all the information that an investor would reasonably expect to know in making a decision to invest. The prospectus must be submitted to ASIC for review and it is important to read this document prior to investing in the IPO.

The company might also release additional information on the ASX website such as investor presentations or videos.
