Graeme Arnold

Non-Executive Director & Chair

Graeme has had over 40 years’ experience as a Chartered Accountant in Australia. Graeme worked at Mutual Trust Pty Ltd in the Family Office division for 15 years until 2024 as a trusted advisor providing CFO services including accounting, banking & finance, administration and Corporate Governance to a wide variety of multi – generational families and businesses.

Graeme is an investor and Board member of Hemingway’s Brewery Pty Ltd.

Mike moved to Australia in January 2013 because he promised his Australian wife that he would, but before his move, Mike was a Partner at Oak Hill Capital Partners in New York City, where he was responsible for investing in Consumer, Retail and Distribution businesses. Mike is also Chairman of, and an investor in, Stomping Ground Brewing Co.

With a love for beer and home brewing, Kristian brought a wealth of experience from the 'barley brewing' world into the gluten free beer space. After back-to-back Gold Medals at the World Beer Cup, he has proven to that he is the best gluten free brewer in the World... and we are incredibly fortunate to have him brew our beers.

Business Manager

Kelly is the glue that keeps the business together. Whilst she is in charge of all our financial and sales reporting, it's her understanding of every part of our business that ensures that if we look like we are about to 'drop the ball' she makes sure it never hits the ground (or hardly ever!).

Ryan is still pretty new to the gluten free beer world, but with fantastic experience with 'big' beer and a short stint with whisky, he is loving getting stuck into making sure our beers are in every liquor license in Australia!
