Five years ago, in an abandoned train shed in Ballarat, we set out to create more than a spirits company. We wanted to build a brand that captures what it means to move, to explore, to seek, to wander.
Today, Itinerant Spirits is blending Western Victoria’s finest ingredients, including volcanic water, local grains and native botanicals, into award-winning gin, vodka and soon, whiskey.
In just our second year, we have already generated over $2 million in revenue, with 40,000+ bottles sold and a growing customer base of more than 2,000.
We are transforming a 160-year-old train station into a destination for modern nomads, crafting spirits and experiences that do more than fill glasses. They charge stories.

Itinerant Spirits produces premium gin, vodka and whiskey, each crafted from the grains, botanicals and volcanic water of Western Victoria. Every bottle captures a sense of place, rooted in authenticity and the spirit of the journey.
Our business generates revenue through multiple channels:
While our whiskey matures in cask, our gin and vodka lines are growing nationally, supported by a loyal customer base and repeat visitation at our destination venue.
Our long-term strategy is to evolve beyond the bottle. We are developing a range of lifestyle and travel products designed to extend the brand into new markets, creating multiple paths for scalable, sustainable growth.
In just two years, Itinerant Spirits has built a strong foundation for long-term growth. Our achievements to date demonstrate both traction in the market and the capability of our team to execute on vision and scale.
Each milestone represents tangible progress towards building a lifestyle brand with depth, authenticity and enduring market potential.
Itinerant Spirits stands apart by building a brand that extends beyond the bottle.
Where most craft distilleries compete for shelf space, we are creating a brand that lives in culture, travel and experience. It is a house of brands built for modern consumers who value authenticity and adventure.
Our competitive edge lies in the combination of:
By uniting craftsmanship, culture and community, Itinerant Spirits is building more than a distillery. It is creating a lifestyle brand with multiple avenues for future expansion.
By investing in Itinerant Spirits, you can access exclusive rewards based on your investment size.
