Convenient. Connected. Accessible.

Our vision is simple: a happier, more resilient world.

We're pursuing it through wellness innovation that makes performance tools more connected, convenient and accessible.

Our first product is SnowCap, the world's first thermoelectric ice bath.

Cold water immersion has moved beyond elite sport, yet traditional equipment still creates friction: ice, external chillers, plumbing, space and maintenance.

SnowCap's patent-pending smart lid does the work of a chiller.

No ice. No plumbing. No noisy external chiller. No complicated setup.

Just plug and plunge.

Premium cold water therapy made easier to access and repeat.

With A$700,000+ in presales in just 8 weeks and a 10,000+ waitlist, we're seeing strong early demand for a simpler way.

A proven category. An early valuation

The cold plunge market is approaching A$1.35 billion and growing at close to 10% per annum.

A leading US cold plunge brand, Plunge, raised at a US$90 million (approx A$125 million) valuation in its fourth year, with a product range built on conventional refrigerant chiller technology.

Clearwater’s offer is priced at a pre-money valuation of A$7 million. Clearwater is coming in with a  uniquely differentiated product and as a company is built to redefine the category.

The United States is where we go next, and the demand is already there.

More than 90% of our presales and waitlist came from US and Australian buyers, followed by Europe.

SnowCap was built for those markets, and we are ready to take it there.

Why Clearwater, and why now

  • World-first product: Thermoelectric cold plunge with cooling, heating, water circulation, UV sanitation and filtration built into the patent-pending lid.
  • Demand proven: More than A$700,000 in presales in eight weeks, a 10,000+ waitlist, and a 33:1 paid ads ROAS.
  • Category benchmark: Plunge raised at an US$90 million valuation in its fourth year. Clearwater’s offer is priced at a pre-money valuation of A$7 million.
  • Rare founding team: An ICU doctor and Olympian, a Silicon Valley product design engineer, and a previously exited entrepreneur and operator.
  • Serious advisers: Dr Peter Brukner OAM, former head of sports medicine at Liverpool FC. Giles Lowe, a decade at Apple on iPhone, iPad and Mac. Dr Darren Burgess, Director of Performance at Juventus. Tim Paine, former Australian Test captain. Dickie Currer-Ganguli, 2025 Victorian Startup Ecosystem Hero.
  • Institutional backing: Playbook Ventures is Clearwater’s first institutional investor.
  • More than one product: SnowCap is the first product in a connected recovery platform.
  • Convenience and accessibility: SnowCap removes the ice, plumbing, external chiller and setup friction that stops people using cold water therapy consistently.

A cold plunge that asks nothing of you

One app to set the temperature, schedule sessions, start guided breathing, track streaks and journal.

SnowCap’s solid-state, refrigerant-free thermoelectric system cools and heats from 1.5°C to 40°C (34°F to 104°F), with circulation, UV sanitation and particulate filtration built into the lid.

It runs from a standard power point.

No ice. No plumbing. No external chiller.

SnowCap is competitively positioned in the market at US$3,990, sold direct-to-consumer to retain the customer relationship and healthy margin within Clearwater.

Retail, hospitality and wellness channels offer further opportunities as the business scales.

Built by the ambitious, for the ambitious.

SnowCap is ready to progress manufacturing with our international partner, MorphoMFG - Tooling is the next major production milestone.

What we have built so far

  • 2024. SnowCap launched on Indiegogo and passed its funding goal by more than 1,000%. Presales across Indiegogo and our first week on Shopify passed A$700,000, from eight weeks in market.

  • 2025. SnowCap won the FIT Sport Design Award. Successive engineering prototypes proved every core system in the lid.

  • 2026. Playbook Ventures became Clearwater’s first institutional investor. The waitlist passed 10,000 people. Clearwater achieved blue chip media with the AFR and New York Weekly.

  • Now. After 24 months of prototyping, SnowCap is ready for manufacturing.

Hard to build, harder to copy

Most premium cold plunges are built the same way: a tub, a noisy external chiller, hoses that require plumbing, and a second machine to house, power and maintain.

SnowCap takes a more innovative, convenient and accessible approach.

The cooling, heating, circulation, UV sanitation and filtration are built into one patent-pending thermoelectric lid that sits over the water and runs from a household power point.

Protected from day one. We filed our first patent in 2024, before we sold a single unit. It is currently patent pending.

One lid fits many tubs, takes up less space, stays portable and ships more efficiently.

Behind it sits a clinician, an engineer and an operator, advised by specialists whose experience spans Apple, elite sport and global expansion.
