Powering Australia's Electric Future

From classic cars and 4×4s to buses and commercial vehicles, Australian EVS designs and builds electric conversion kits, aftermarket systems, fleet electrification solutions, and mobile energy units - all made here in Australia.

We operate in industries about to experience incredible transormation and growth. As the $640 billion global automotive aftermarket industry shifts to electric, our proven range of conversion e-Kits and in-house engineering capabilities position us to lead the transition.

At the same time, we’ve developed key IP in our e-Pod platform which includes mobile battery storage and EV charging systems - launched just as the Australian Government invests $4.9 billion to expand national battery capacity tenfold by 2035.

With demand for both electric vehicles and energy storage accelerating, Australian EVS is perfectly placed to capture value from both markets here and globally.

Join Us in Capturing the Multi-Billion Dollar Electrification Opportunity

We are a self-funded start up that has grown rapidly over the last four years with strong business foundations to a budgeted revenue of $1.5million in FY2026 – and, with 8 months of pipeline already confirmed, we are already ahead of our target.

Financial highlights

  • Real growth, real results: Revenue of $490,000 in first quarter of FY26 with positive EBIT.
  • Reinvesting for our future: Over $700k invested in R&D, building critical IP in electric aftermarket solutions, including our electric conversion “e-Kits” and our “e-Pod” mobile battery storage and EV charging system.

Operational highlights

  • Building the future: We have built the world’s first brand-new fully electric Toyota LandCruiser, with three times the power of the V8 engine it replaced, at a quarter of the running cost.
  • Exciting expansions: We have recently doubled our capacity by opening a second warehouse and have grown our expert team to 16.
  • Solutions the world wants: We have delivered electrification projects for private customers, commercial fleets, councils and utility companies.
  • Home grown innovation: we have recently been awarded the Australian Made certificate, as well as IGP and R&D grants from the government.

One Platform. Three Solutions. Delivering the Electrification Australia Needs.

Australian EVS captures value through three integrated business streams that collectively address the full EV transition journey.

Electric Repowering Systems: We supply electric vehicle parts, e-Kits and full conversion services for restorers, automotive workshops, fleet managers and, private car owners.

Fleet Electrification Solutions: We provide a wide range of services to commercial fleets, body specialists, and equipment manufacturers who are looking for tailored electric drive solutions and modifications. Our end-to-end electrification solutions cover every stage of the journey: from transition planning and charging infrastructure to depot design, compliance, and beyond.

Mobile Battery Storage & EV Charger: We have designed and built a fully mobile battery storage and EV charger system that can be used in a range of trailers. This can be charged off-peak  or with solar and then transported to wherever it is needed.

With our One Platform: Three Solutions approach, we are able to remain flexible and scale as the emerging EV market develops rapidly.

Driving the Automotive Aftermarket's EV Transition

The EV transition is accelerating globally: over 40 million EVs are now on the road, with sales growing 35% year-on-year. And with vehicles lasting 20 to 30 years, there is a huge opportunity to repower existing assets to electric - a trend that is already being seen in the US and Europe.

The automotive aftermarket, worth $640 billion globally and $20 billion annually in Australia, is entering a new era as it shifts to electric. Yet no one is currently offering electric solutions. Australian EVS is positioned to fill that gap: scaling our in-house manufacturing to deliver tailored e-Kits for any vehicle and distributing them through our growing global network of reseller workshops.

The battery energy storage system (BESS) industry is also taking off Last year, the Australian Government pledged $4.9 billion to support the expansion of national battery capacity by more than tenfold over the next decade. The BESS sector is entering a phase of rapid growth and investment, and the development of our e-Pod platform could not have come at a better time: we are perfectly positioned to capitalise on this booming new market.

Proven Traction and Scalable Growth Ahead

Australian EVS has demonstrated consistent momentum since launch, building a strong foundation for  scalable expansion across both the electric automotive aftermarket and battery storage industries.

We launched our brand at the Everything Electric Show in 2022 - the largest international EV showcase - and have since evolved rapidly from concept to commercial delivery. In 2023, we completed our first customer orders, launched our e-Kit range, and secured our first R&D grant to support ongoing product development.

Through 2024, we expanded into fleet electrification and bus repowering projects, proving our ability to deliver tailored solutions for commercial clients.

In 2025, we achieved several major milestones: building the world’s first fully electric brand new Toyota LandCruiser, launching our e-Pod platform, securing the R&D grant, and completing projects across councils, government and major utility companies.

With our second warehouse now operational, eight vehicle conversions locked in for 2026, and projects secured across multiple commercial sectors, Australian EVS enters its next growth phase. We are planning to scale manufacturing, pursue patent protection, and exceed our budgeted revenue of $1.5 million in FY26.

These milestones demonstrate clear market traction, strong execution, and our capability to lead Australia’s EV revolution.

Integration, Innovation, IP and Industry Leadership

Vertical Integration & Cost Leadership
Australian EVS develops and manufactures its own electric conversion e-Kits in-house, significantly reducing costs while expanding its IP base and product range. Many competitors rely on imported kits that cost more and cannot be tailored to fit any vehicle.

Comprehensive Electrification Capability
We are the only provider combining electric fleet consulting with in- house design and manufacture of electric drive systems, delivering a true end-to-end electrification service unmatched in Australia’s aftermarket industry.

Proprietary Technology & Defensible IP
Our technology covers battery systems, vehicle control units (VCUs), battery-management systems (BMS), mobile energy storage and mobile EV charging units, giving us a defensible position and first mover advantage in a rapidly growing sector.

Trusted Brand & Commercial Reliability
All our e-Kits and e-Pod systems use only new, high-quality components ensuring reliability for commercial and industrial clients and reinforcing our reputation as a trusted Australian manufacturer.
