Ambra began with a simple idea — to share a handcrafted limoncello made from a traditional Italian family recipe. What started as a local passion has become one of Australia’s fastest-growing spirits brands, with Ambra now at the heart of the country’s booming spritz culture.
Our home in Thebarton has become more than just a distillery — it’s a vibrant venue where thousands have gathered to celebrate good company, Italian hospitality, and a glass of something special. With every spritz poured, every cocktail shared, and every new customer won over, Ambra is building more than a drinks brand. We’re building a movement.
Now, for the first time in our history, we’re inviting Australians to not just enjoy Ambra, but to own a piece of its future. By joining our raise, you’ll become part of an ambitious next chapter — one that expands our venues, strengthens our digital and direct-to-consumer channels, grows national distribution, and takes Ambra to the world stage.
This is your chance to invest in a brand with deep roots, substantial momentum, and a bold vision: to make limoncello spritz the drink of choice for a new generation.
Ambra Spirits is proudly Australia’s original Limoncello brand, founded in 1998 by Libero De Luca using a traditional Italian family recipe. For over a quarter of a century, we’ve built a loyal following by crafting vibrant, zesty liqueurs that bring people together — with Limoncello at the heart of everything we do.
Today, Ambra is experiencing explosive growth, driven by the global spritz boom and a renewed passion for Italian-inspired drinking culture. From our unique bulb-shaped bottle to our iconic striped label, Ambra is made to stand out — on the shelf, on the back bar, and in the glass.
We operate a thriving distillery bar and function venue in Adelaide, have expanded into 1.2K+ national distribution points, and are rapidly gaining traction in retail, wholesale and ecommerce channels. Our hero product, the Ambra Limoncello Spritz, has become a signature serve at venues across the country — with over 530,000 poured in FY25 alone.
With exciting product innovations, venue expansion, and a national activation rolling out before Summer, Ambra is primed to lead the next chapter of growth for this category — and we’re inviting Australians to come along for the ride, as customers and co-owners.
The global shift toward lighter, refreshing drinks is driving the rapid rise of spritz culture. The broader aperitivo category is expanding at an 18% CAGR—fuelled in part by consumer favouring lower-ABV, flavourful cocktails over heavier spirits.
In Australia, the RTD and light spirits segment is rejuvenating the market, as drinkers prioritize moderation, taste, and sociability.
Spritzes are becoming synonymous with summer, social moments, and experiential drinking. As venues and consumers increasingly embrace casual early-evening serves, Limoncello Spritz is emerging as the standout star thanks to its bright citrus-forward appeal.
The RTD and spritz categories offer strong growth trajectories—even in mature markets—driven by innovation, low-alcohol formats, and social shareability.
Ambra stands at the heart of this transformation, poised to be the defining Australian Limoncello brand. With surging consumer demand, category momentum, and a powerful brand story rooted in authenticity and innovation, the timing has never been better to invest in Ambra as we scale nationally and globally—leading the spritz revolution.
FY25 was a breakthrough year for Ambra Spirits. We didn’t just grow — we ignited, breaking into new channels, forging national partnerships, and creating consumer moments that cemented Ambra as a lifestyle brand to watch.
