Josh Chan

Josh is an Associate at OnMarket, helping companies accelerate their growth through capital raising. He works to source new investment opportunities, perform due diligence, and manage equity crowdfunding campaigns. Josh brings experience in valuations, lower mid-market M&A and external audit across a range of sectors, including consumer goods and technology.

Prior to OnMarket, he worked at a boutique corporate advisory firm providing SMEs with M&A transaction support and independent expert valuation advice. Throughout his career, Josh has gained experience spanning ASX-listed entities through to early-stage, pre-revenue growth companies.

Josh completed his studies at The University of New South Wales, studying a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in accounting and finance. In his spare time, he can be found on the football pitch.
