Edward Fay

Edward is an Analyst at OnMarket, supporting companies through the full lifecycle of equity crowdfunding campaigns. He works across deal origination, due diligence and financial analysis, helping founders navigate regulatory requirements and position their business for a successful raise.

Before entering the capital-raising space, Edward spent several years at Tabcorp as part of its bookmaking operations. There, he managed risk limits, market positions and real-time pricing. This background built a strong foundation in quantitative analysis and risk management that he now applies when evaluating investment opportunities and supporting founders through complex raises.

Edward has a commerce background from Macquarie University, majoring in finance and specialising in financial analysis and applied financial decision-making. Outside the office, he can be found around Coogee Beach or keeping up with rugby league.
